THE COURSE

Become a professional pizza chef by training in a dream location, the studio of the TV show PizzaGirls®. Learn from master pizza chefs, meet the pizza chefs who star in the show, and delve deeper with our biologist-nutritionist and dough chemist.

BECOME A PIZZAGIRLS®

The participants in the training course will be able to participate in the official selections of the TV program and one of them will be guaranteed to become the next protagonist of PizzaGirls®.

LOCATION

A cutting-edge location, the finest technical and haute cuisine equipment, and international brands in the charming TV studio of the PIZZAGIRLS® program. A facility equipped with every comfort and security system, in the wonderful and pristine thermal oasis of the Sele Valley in the Province of Salerno.

IL CORSO NEL DETTAGLIO

TEORIA IN AULA

15 ORE | 2 GIORNI

La parte teorica è fondamentale per comprendere tutti gli ingredienti utilizzati nella preparazione di una pizza e/o impasto:

​

– la farina, produzione, raffinazione, caratteristiche organolettiche, le proteine e il glutine

– L'acqua: caratteristiche organolettiche, temperature, ph,

– Il lievito: le varie tipologie esistenti, i loro utilizzi, le diversità

– Il sale: caratteristiche e quantità sugli impasti

– L'olio: Le giuste quantità e le varie caratteristiche dell'olio EVO

– I vari forni: Modalità di utilizzo, gestione del calore, tipologie.

– Le attrezzature: impastatrici, banchi da lavoro, frigoriferi, etc.

PRATICA IN LABORATORIO 

35 ORE | 5 GIORNI

Si svolgerà nello Studio TV e laboratorio di PizzaGirls®, fornito di attrezzature tecnologiche all'avanguardia e di tutti gli strumenti necessari alla preparazione degli impasti e delle pizze:

​

– Preparazione impasto e spiegazione varie metodologie.

– Lo Staglio

– La Stesura

– Le farciture

– La Cottura in forno

– Gestione Impasti, variabili e tecniche alternative.

CONCLUSIONI

Alla fine del corso ogni allieva dovrà sostenere una prova pratica.

Ultimata con successo la prova, vi sarà una cerimonia di consegna dei diplomi di PIZZAGIRLS® ACADEMY, con i quali è possibile cercare da subito lavoro in pizzeria. Grazie alla riconoscibilità e importanza del marchio PizzaGirls® a livello internazionale gli attestati avranno validità anche all’estero.
