Pizza makers!!!

A social and redemption series

Even today, women still face numerous forms of discrimination as soon as they decide to enter the workforce. Not to mention the possibility that a woman might decide to enter a male-dominated workplace, based on social conviction. This is the case for those women who, with great courage and determination, choose to dare in the sometimes challenging world of pizza. A world made of simple yet sophisticated things. Nothing is left to chance. Succeeding in a workplace that seems to struggle to make room for you is a huge challenge, but, as we know, women aren't afraid, and if they are, they use it as fuel and don't let it hold them back. PizzaGirls was created to give voice to those who have experienced these difficulties firsthand, to those who have been viewed with skepticism simply because they are women, to those who have had to work hard to gain recognition for a profession tailored specifically for the opposite sex. PizzaGirls is the professional story of four female pizza chefs who have made their dreams come true and achieved highly prestigious results, even surpassing their male colleagues.

Women must do everything twice as well

of men to be judged half as good.

Luckily, it's not difficult.''
